Non-Pharmacist Spouse/Guest Registration
This discounted option provides non-pharmacist spouses and other guests of regular convention attendees access to the expo hall on Thursday and Friday, a ticket to the President’s Bash on Saturday, and all the snacks and meals that Georgia Pharmacy Convention pharmacist-attendees enjoy. The guest registration option does not include access to CPE sessions.
Pharmacy Technician Registrations
This discounted option provides pharmacy technicians access to the expo hall on Thursday and Friday, CPE sessions, and all the snacks and meals. This is a discounted registration and does not include a President’s Bash ticket, though tickets to the President Bash can be purchased separately.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than May 24, 2024. There is no fee for cancellation by this date. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after May 24, 2024, or for convention no-shows. (Refunds will be processed in late June when we get back and catch our breath.) Substitutions (e.g., “Jimmy’s gonna take my place”) are accepted in lieu of cancellations.

It’s a mere $20, and proceeds benefit the Academy of Employee Pharmacists.
President’s Bash
One President’s Bash ticket is included in your registration with the exception of pharmacy technician registrations. You can purchase additional tickets as follows:

- Child 3 years and under: Free
PharmPAC Reception
The PharmPAC Reception is open to any PharmPAC investor who has invested at least $250 since July 1, 2023, plus his/her spouse or guest. Not eligible yet? Click here to invest in PharmPAC.
Help support Georgia’s student pharmacists
Because of your generous contributions, we’re able to provide students a low rate to attend the convention. Please consider contributing $150 to help keep the cost of their registrations low. We’ll thank you with a half-hour reception on Friday evening and a special ribbon for your attendee badge.

FROM THE NORTH or FROM THE AIRPORT
- Take I-95 to Exit 373 (route A1A East).
- Go 11.2 miles to Amelia Island Parkway (turn right at first traffic light, just over Intracoastal Waterway Bridge).
- Go 3.4 miles to traffic light and turn right.
- Go 0.7 miles to the roundabout and follow Route A1A South.
- Go 2.7 miles to resort entrance on the left (third roundabout). Follow signs to “Check-In”.
FROM THE WEST (e.g., VALDOSTA)
- Take I-10 east to I-95.
- Take I-95 north to Exit 373 (route A1A east).
- Go 11.2 miles to Amelia Island Parkway (turn right at first traffic light, just over Intracoastal Waterway Bridge).
- Go 3.4 miles to traffic light and turn right.
- Go 0.7 miles to the roundabout and follow route A1A south.
